While we would like to guarantee that your pup will be happy and healthy for as long as you are both alive, a number of factors that are not always under our control contribute to the overall health of your new family member. Along with your love and companionship, a balanced and nutritious diet, exercise, and regular vet visits are measures you, as a responsible pet owner, should take to keep your pup healthy.
While we cannot guarantee your pup will never have a health issue, we promise that we have done everything we can to ensure your new pup is healthy when he or she is welcomed into your home! This is because we work with a network of honest and reputable breeders where puppies are raised with love and compassion. Our breeders are pre screened and hand selected to ensure their puppies are raised with loving care, socialization, exercise, comfort and affection and proper veterinary care. Health Check Policy:
Health: The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt. The seller must be informed of the results by email within the same period of 72 hours. Failure by buyer will result in voiding of the following Health Guarantee. Banfield Veterinary Hospitals do not qualify under our Health Guarantee.
Feeding: The puppy should be fed an age-appropriate premium brand puppy food.
Grooming: Buyer is responsible for the pup’s day-to-day health care and maintenance, including all recommended post-purchase vaccinations, deworming and screening, as well as providing necessary medication and follow-up care after vet visits. In order for the warranty to remain in effect, the buyer must keep receipts and records to show they have taken the puppy to a licensed veterinarian regularly for check-ups and all necessary vaccinations.
Failure by the purchaser to comply with vaccination requirements and regularly scheduled vet visits will void all warranties. This guarantee does not cover veterinary costs. The buyer understands that visits to a veterinarian may apply and understands that they are responsible for all payments.
